On behalf of all our staff, we welcome you to the official North American
Survival School website. With over twenty-five years of experience out in the wilderness, NASS was established to teach quality outdoor survival skills for those who live with the reality of being placed in a survival situation. Do you think you have the equipment and the knowledge? Have you ever asked yourself, what will I do? Where will I go? How long will it last? Imagine you are lost or separated from your hiking group, your car breaks down in a remote location, or a natural disaster occurs... The decisions you make and the actions you take during the first several days of your new situation may determine whether you survive or perish. Our survival skills course will teach you how to survive with many primitive skills, and how to use modern technology that is available today. We will also help you understand the hazards of the wilderness, and ensure that your fears are replaced with courage, and your confusion with confidence.
